Jose Mateo joins Nueva Network as Senior VP of Network Sales. A 20+ year radio veteran, Mateo’s career includes positions at Emmis Communications, Univision, SBS, and most recently Entravision, where he managed the media partnerships for the Entravision Audio Network.
“Jose is a dynamic and enthusiastic media sales leader who is passionate about multicultural audiences, and providing excellent service and solutions to agency partners and brands,” CEO/CRO Jose Villafañe said in making the announcement.
Nueva Network is a Spanish-language syndication company that produces and syndicates programs such as “Chiquibaby,” “El Show De Toño,” “Armida y La Flaka,” “La Kalle Network,” and “Nueva Vida.” The company also provides sports, entertainment, news, and music solutions to stations in the top 150 radio markets.
